During mainbill (i.e. non-Festival) times, BATS is programmed 6-8 months ahead. Unlike many other theatres we don’t have special application forms or certain dates to meet, but we do recommend going through our checklists and information packs.
We do have deadlines in place for Fringe, the NZ International Comedy Festival and STAB though!
The deadlines for 2011 were:
Fringe: 30th September
NZ International Comedy Festival: 28th October
STAB: 21 November
We expect the dates for 2012 will be similar.
These usually call for proposals as well as a meeting with our Programme Manager, and more information will be found on our News page as it comes to hand. Do also check out the dedicated STAB page as that will give you a whole heap more information on that too.
