Comedy Festival at BATS is a laugh a minute. At least.
No matter how tame or twisted your tastes, when it comes to the annual NZ International Comedy Festival BATS has something for every sense of humour.
We present a hilarious line-up of the some of comedy’s more off-the-wall comedians. Although we’re a home for stand-up too, we’re often looking for the funniest festival works that fit into a slightly different sort of box (or no box at all!)
Usually you can catch a few Billy T Award nominees and winners, some funny folk visiting from out of town, a sprinkling of improv, perhaps some political satire, and stuff that makes you go “I dunno what the heck I just saw, but damn my sides hurt”
