DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proven initiative
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for New Zealand performance and people
- Experience in a bar and hospitality setting
- Current Bar Manager’s Licence
- A knowledge of the current NZ wine and craft beer scenes
- An understanding and passion of the BATS strategic vision and values
- A desire to see the NZ Arts Industry succeed
