We love to have school groups come along to see our shows, and want to ensure that you get the most out of it.
Due to the large amount of tickets that school bookings can require, BATS has some guidelines for schools wanting to make group bookings:
Booking must happen at least one week before performance with exact numbers of the group attending.
School will be invoiced for total amount.
Payment for tickets must happen Monday before attendance.
In addition to seeing the shows, we can also try to arrange a Q&A session with the performers after the show if you’re interested. Let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
Our team are also passionate and knowledgeable about all aspects of the theatre industry and would be more than happy to visit your students to tell you about the work we do and to give them an insight into the world of professional theatre.
Alternatively, you may like to arrange a tour of the newly refurbished BATS building which now boasts three theatres and top level technical equipment. The team at BATS welcomes the opportunity to show visitors around and let them know how it all works.
NB: If you have any students attending with limited mobility please make sure you let Clare Davis, our Front of House Manager know in advance so she can discuss their requirements with you. Click here to read more about accessibility at BATS.
If you want to learn more about bringing your class to BATS, we are happy to help. You can send Clare an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and she will guide you through the process.
