Elia paz Correa is Puerto Rican Actor based in Auckland New Zealand. She fell in love with theatre through her Steiner education and then went on to join Massive Theatre Company which reinforced her passion for making and storytelling.
She enjoys making work that is confrontational, satirical and truthful, often incorporating physical theatre, puppetry and shadows.
She has just graduated with a Bachelor of Performing Arts from Te Kura O Toi Whakaari New Zealand Drama School.
Her most recent works include El Colibrí a theatre show based around her family and culture. The Haka Party Incident Directed by Jason Te Kare and Chain Reaction a short film directed by Shane Rangi.
