Nicola Pauling

Employing her extensive understanding of actor training as a transformative method for learning and growth, Nicola has been facilitating the professional and personal development of people for over twenty years. Trained as an actor, improvisor and director, she moved her work out of the theatre and into the real world as the founder of award winning Voice Arts, an organisation supporting human development through performance. She found her way back to the stage supporting first time performers to devise and perform new theatre that speaks to what matters to them.
