An all-female cast of improvisers, along with a director and psychodrama therapist, will transform the theater into a “resonance box” that will share and blend emotions between the performers and the audience, creating stories inspired by our female ancestors and the legacy they have left in our lives.
About Andrea Ferpo
Andrea is a Peruvian actress, clown, and teacher of theatrical improvisation - as well as a psychodrama therapist, trained in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Since 2017, she has been researching the creative and learning method of “Sensory Improvisation.” This method has been used in various productions around the world, in cities in Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, New Zealand, and Australia.
She is also a professional photographer. She completed a professional internship in the communications department of UNICEF Peru.
Andrea currently directs “Marandí Arte Escénico,” a traveling multidisciplinary arts company and school based in Lima, Peru. Marandí offers eight levels of training that explore Sensory Improvisation in greater depth. The modules that the school develops in its program are: Intro to Improv, Sensory Improv 1, 2 and 3, Character Creation, Improv Training, Psychodrama and the Solo Performance Laboratory.
