Produced by the New Zealand Improv Festival (NZIF)

Ryan Knighton is a performer, writer and educator from Te Papaioea. Ryan has a Masters of Creative Writing from the International Institute of Modern Letters and has been performing and teaching improv for the past 9 years - the best of both worlds. Stevie Hancox-Monk (they/them) is a nonbinary actor and improviser based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, most known for their performance in The Griegol (Production of the Year 2022, Wellington Theatre Awards). They are also a voice artist and vocalist. Stevie is a co-creator of the comedy improv group Tiny Dog, which performs monthly in Pōneke and has been called "the most consistently funny improv show in the city…maybe the country".

NZIF is back for 2023, with a week-long celebration of all things spontaneous, featuring shows, workshops and events all hosted right here at BATS. Come and be part of the magic!
