Mother. Daughter.
Pulsing to the tune of destruction and restoration.
A portrait of life creation.
Or is it art creation?
Probably neither.
MDM is a bold, multimedia, multidisciplinary exploration of being a mother while you are still a daughter, an artist, a woman, a body (amongst other things).
Using distorted language, movement, paint, ritual and an exercise in Hushing The Baby, MDM longs to confront and cradle, searching for the framework to talk about the outside concepts of Motherhood and Art.
