A dice roll of cosmic proportions sets ONE and TWO on a sprawling journey through the depths of philosophy as they try to decipher meaning in a mystically chaos-ridden world that keeps throwing problems, questions and people at them.
What is the meaning of life? What controls our lives? What is time? What is free-will? Is it real? What if it is all just unbridled chaos? What if God really is real? Can we break the cycles that stop us from experiencing life fully and flourishingly?
Perhaps the most prominent question this show poses is: “Does it ever get better?”
If you're ready for an absurd night jam-packed with chaos, free-will and divine interventions, "ONE-TWO" is for you.
ABOUT Absurdists Inc.
The entire production is run, produced, performed, written and directed by up-coming student artists in the Wellington region. We have Toi Whakaari, Victoria and Te Auaha students involved in the process. It is also a follow up (of sorts) to DICTIONARY by Absurdists Inc which was nominated for four awards at the NZ Fringe Festival in 2025.
