Sexwise Public Performance
By The Theatre In Health Education Trust
Sexwise enables taiohi to gain current, accurate information about sexuality and healthy relationships in an entertaining performance and engaging workshop environment.
This is the 35th anniversary of the programme, which tours around Aotearoa throughout Terms 1 and 2.
We are excited to be partnering with BATS Theatre to offer an opportunity for taiohi to participate in the programme outside of education facilities.
Sexwise is proudly supported by Te Whatu Ora and regional funding partners Toi Foundation, Rātā Foundation and Otago Community Trust.
“It was a really fun way of talking about sex.”
“Our rōpū doesn't currently get any sex ed because the providers in wellington have cut back, so This is a bit of a life saver for us.”
“I enjoy watching it and it felt relatable unlike other shows I've seen for students.”
“It is the best external learning I have participated in a very long time.”

“Amazing performers who were relatable to the students. The ideas conveyed are closely related to what is currently happening at the moment in high schools!”
