But as they approach their final weeks together before they go their separate ways, buried secrets begin to surface, testing their relationships and understanding of each other.
The Remaining is a new theatre work created by Waikamania Seve, drawing from her lived experience of adolescence in an all-girls Māori boarding hostel.
It’s raw, funny, and unflinching, exploring friendship, resilience, and the messiness of growing up.
