Back by popular demand and better than ever!
Last year's inaugural BATS School Holiday Programme was a genuine hit: rangatahi left with new skills, new friends, and a real taste of what it means to make theatre.
This year, we're doing it again!
Our BATS Theatre Lab is a week-long theatre intensive where participants will work with professional and artist facilitators, develop ensemble performance skills, and grow as creative thinkers in a space that has launched some of Aotearoa's most exciting theatre makers.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
This year's programme will span a range of theatre-making disciplines. Expect to explore areas including:
- Performance and acting fundamentals
- Improvisation and play
- Story creation and devising
- Voice, movement, and presence
- Introduction to stage craft and design
