Kerryn Palmer

Kerryn is an arts educator, freelance theatre director, producer, and arts advocate. With a PhD in devising theatre for and with young audiences, she leads the MFA in Creative Practice in Theater at Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and is the national director for PAYPA (Performing Arts and Young People Aotearoa)-ASSITEJ NZ. She is also the artistic director of Wonderlight Theatre Aotearoa (WLTA), a collective of experienced and emerging arts practitioners, dedicated to valuing young people, not only by creating high-quality theatre and live performances for them, but also by mentoring and providing a platform for young and emerging artists and theatre makers.
